
Blackie, was on the job for a number of years and in November 2006 was sold for breeding at 9½ years young. We have retained semen. He was very active & sound and infused good muscle patterns, milk, udders and scrotal size. Blackie was easy to handle. A real slow plodder. Limousin cattle are prolific breeders and long-lived.

Led Open Middleweight Champion and Champion Middleweight steer on the hook at 2002 Sydney Royal. The 442 kg steer dressed out at 61.3% and scored maximum points for pH fat depth, fat colour, eye muscle area, rib fat pH and meat colour. The overall score was 90.5 points.
